weight is holding steady at 206 but it's expected as I start to build muscle back with all the daily walking. march my intake - output calculated almost to exactly the 5 pounds that I lost. I like keeping track of my numbers. Managing to stay away from Easter candy so far. Will make deviled eggs today. working nights it's hard to get fasting and three specific meals assigned but I'm staying around 1800 cal intake.
