Just left a buffet and although I really wanted a piece of Pecan pie with ice cream and a big fat yeast roll I stayed far away. Sugar is the enemy for me and i feel terrible afterwards. I'm happy to say i only had a green salad no dressing, grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, grilled green beans and a small bite of roast beef.
