Oh well, a bit more foolishness and back to plan by tonight. I needed chocolate but I need to make my own, without all the carbs, also need to make pancakes more yummy- I can do it!
239.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
