stressing out. 2 1/2 wks until my wedding and my weight is fluctuating horribly. The medication I am taking due to my illness is making my face puffy! I just started anti-inflammatory. I'm hoping that it helps with my puffy face. I guess I need to eat salads for the next 2 1/2wks.

Dear Bride, I feel like one of the ‘reborn’ group. I’m a bit older; 64 to be sort of exact. I have some pain control issues etc. Please try the Keto diet. The hardest part is no goodies! But I am seriously pain free. With only two weeks until the big day, it’s up to you when you try. There is a program. The Ketogenic switch, Deborah Murdach. Google her and watch her you tubes. I feel amazing! While the wright isn’t falling off as fast as I would like; I’ve lost inches and truly am pain free. Try it

Thank you so much for your post! I will definitely go online and watch the video and read more about this type of diet. Hopefully it'll be a good fit for me and I can start making changes. 🙂

Sometimes It’s also possible the Medication is causing the weight fluctuations, if it is, it’s just water weight. So you can drink more fluids and that may help balance things back out. Don’t stress, I know how that may sound, but stress can cause weight issues as well. Just focus on, knowing you’ll be married and happy, that in time you’ll reach your fitness foals & be healthy and where you want to be. Don’t restrict yourself too much, that’ll just make things harder, enjoy yourself, just don’t over-consume excess calories. If you choose lower sodium foods, that’ll also help decrease the water retention, keep things simple if you wish, may be easier to do so. Just enjoy your wedding day and have that cake! 👍🏻
