i broke all my dieting guidelines yesterday and still lost 0.5kg/ 1lb. I insist I dont understand my methabolism at all. hope I dont gain for tomorrow so I catch up.
116.6 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
