started at a 140 getting closer to my goal to 130 for my wedding in 3 wks. Not the easiest thing in the world since I've been currently undergoing synthetic spinal shots and expecting to have a spinal stimulator put in in the next couple weeks. Trying to stay positive still eating healthy hoping for the best.
