I decided to take a rest day from the gym today. I am so sore! I did too much on Tuesday so I've been feeling it since yesterday. I can't even sit without grabbing onto something. So since I'm resting today, I have to stay at my calorie limit today. I don't have th exercise to fall back on. It'll be worth the rest though. I think...I hope :) It will. It's going to be tough though. I can do it. I'll just sleep.
