It was Deeee-Lisssssh. So chunky, so filling. I'm trying to adopt a healthier diet, with minimal sugar, fat and carbs, and aiming for maximum fibre and protein.

That's a great idea, stick to the good fats and natural sugars, you shouldn't get rid of any nutrients entirely.
