For probably the first time in my life I have the best possible reason to lose weight/get healthy. My husband and I want to start a family soon, and we both are very overweight. We want to be able to run around with our kids and be a good example to them as they grow up to eat healthy and be active.
Even with a good reason to lose weight it's still so hard and scary to let go of old habits to be able to start new habits. Here's hoping...
