Hi all I have tried my best to keep low carb for 2 weeks going well for me eating wat I love for now with 3tbs at max of carb like rice pasta twice a week rest of the time it's salad or stir fry steam veg ..... I don't know if u guys do YouTube workouts right now I love dancing so I enjoy Kiera leshaes and tiffany Roth Workouts they 10min each I mix and match for an hour ladies plz try they are inspirational and make u love the fact u a woman and it's plain down fun
