OK, Monday is a new day...we start from the beginning again...weigh & measure portions. No butter & only 2 bread per day, more veggies. Watch too much fruit as a problem, and exercise 2 times a day at least. Walk in my shapeups, park a long way from the stores. Get a checkup on Thursday April 8.
