another 8 weeks of bulking left so far im okayish with my self

How many calories do you at a day?

Im currently averaging between 3800 and 4100 cals a day on my rest day im around maintenance which is around 3300

What diet are you following? The oatmeal and 8eggs for breakfast kinda diet?

im on a normal bodybuilding dieet my macros are currently 50%carbs 30%protein 20%fats but most of the time protein is a lil higher and fats lower my breakfast this morning was 6bricks of nutrific 2xscoops whey and a banana blended and at 4 whole eggs i trained an hour after that but my typical breakfast is eggs and oatmeal like 5 to 6 whole eggs 130g oatmeal

Oh wow it sounds great. When I gymed a lot I would eat so many egg whites! I could have lived off of egg whites and whey protein shake

That was in my teens though. I want to get back to that level of training.
