meat free monday.... i had a 3 tbs can pasta a soya sausage ;gem veggie cup steamed broc with lil cheese sause n cheese

I can never eat something that's boiled or jus steamed it's very difficult especially never eating like that all my life I hv to add a little something to my dishes otherwise not eat n loose it lol
