This week has been a drag and felt like giving up today. Today was my first day at the gym this week. On a good note I’ve been doing better keeping in line with my Marcos and lost 0 feeling a little disappointed need some motivation help! Lol. I only want to lose 5 more pounds, short term goal for now.
