Thanks Momma & Marsha for supporting me! Well so far I've stayed on my diet today. It's 5:44 pm. Hopefully it will continue all night.😁 Breakfast I ate two regular morning glory muffins and coffee. Lunch I had two chicken & bean tostadas ,bone broth, and a cup of peppermint tea. I drive k bone broth so I can build the cartilage in my one leg that is bad. I read that is suppose to help it. Also a glass of water at breakfast & lunch.Actually 1 1/2 glasses each. Dinner I had a fruit salad with fresh pineapple, blueberries and red grapes with water. Later I plan on having some more peppermint tea.
