Noticed that nomatter what, I am going to accomplish this goal. I am around 190lbs. and I WILL make it to 175. Ok, I am back into the groove of things and I am 100% ready and into this. I've set up a few goals and have put myself into a mindset that will be ready for the up and coming days/weeks/months.
