Well I am a 26yo father of 2, soon to be 3. I am 5'9" and 190lbs. I spend most of my day at work from 445a.m. to about 4p.m. Any free time I use on my wonderful wife or kids. My goal is to get to 175lbs and stabilize it there.

Weight problem
I am concerned about my weight. My body type is kinda thick even for being active. I usually sit at about 190 lbs (+/-5 lbs) and my goal is to get down to 175lbs. I adjust my diet and increased my excercise routing to doing something everyday. My problem is this, I have gained almost 2lbs in a week.... Is there anybody out there can give me some pointers? Thank you
