I came to this site via the Android app for my phone. I like the ease and accessability of tracking calories from my phone in "real time" as opposed to entering them into a computer later, which always seemed hard for me to remember to do.

To kick off my weight loss campaign I joined a local weight loss challenge at the YMCA that tracked team weight loss over a twelve week period. Since there was a little (very little actually) financial incentive to be the winning team, I jumped in with both feet.

I started using Herbalife products to replace a meal or two throughout the day and counted calories via the fat secret app for my phone.

I just finished the 12 week weight loss challenge and lost 26.5 lbs over the last three months. Our team finished ninth out of 36 teams. While anyone would say that losing 2 lbs per week is healthy, I am disappointed in myself. I had hoped to drop a little more before the challenge ended.

The key now is to keep the momentum going and continue towards my goal... only 41 more lbs to go!
