I added some hemp seed and chia seeds ...hemp hearts taste great with Lily's chocolate .. and peanut butter .....hemp seed is high in protein yeh ... 👍
152.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
