Gym day done!! I warmed up with 5 min treadmill 3MPH. Then 2 sets each of 15 Lat Pulldown w/55lbs, 15 Butterflies #4(from educated guess I think this is 40lbs), 15 tricep 50lbs, 15 bicep 50lbs, 15 lateral raises #5, 20 ab crunch 1St at 90 2nd at 120 (the machine was on 90 so I was like what the heck let's see if we can and I was able to do them without stopping so went higher and also changed up the way I used the machine to fit my body better.. to tall with a big butt ugh hard to crunch), 20 leg curls w/45lbs and 3 sets of leg press on #5..finished up with 11 minutes on treadmill 2% incline at 3MPH. I was the only person in the gym other than people coming in to tan. So I listened to my jams and watched a YouTube video while I was on the treadmill. It was 17 minutes total and I had talked myself into completing the video so would have ended with almost 13 minutes on the treadmill, but I felt a bit faint at the end so called it since I was there alone. once I got off and caught my breath and stretched my side that had a catch I was fine. After I went to the grocery store lol.

Murph- lmao.. Your horrible get you some.. Lol... I did sets of 15 before this time sets of 20. This morning my shoulders still hurt same as they have cause they are still bruised but I didn't add to the bruising last night. Last night the fronts of my thighs were sore.. Lactic acid buildup I am sure, because I did 20 leg curls and 40 leg presses all in a row.. At the end I was so feeling the burn.

l thought you'd like that quote. hahaha...Now this is very important my little muscle builder..now that you have all your muscle groups lined up.Don't Work the Same Muscles the Next Day. split up your routine so that etc.bias on mon rest on tue.bia on wed, muscles need at least 24hrs to 72hrs to heal for growth. What l do is the upper half on mon, lower half on tue and cardio day on wed this each the upper and lower has 2 days of resr which l think is premium.l'm telling my secrets For your success my soon to be Shapely...Get You Some!! hahaha😰

Murph- personal trainer has me going in every other day... Well 2 days off Tuesday Wednesday and then back at it for personal training on Thursday. She says she wants to work me up to 3 rounds of what I had (started with 15 reps.. Moved to 20 for most the first day) then the next time I went to 2 sets of 20 reps.. I should have done 3 sets last night, but with the teens in the gym it was getting a bit chaotic and I felt like I needed out of there.. So i did my cardio and got out
