Terminated Weight Watchers subscription but I have that I now have the tools of the trade to do what I did about three years ago and lose about 9 lbs. I was a lot bigger actually. Not sure how I let myself get that bad. I've been dancing for exercise every other day and I'm starting to fine tune my diet again. I slipped up and had pizza and wings and lots of fatty foods over the pass couple weeks. The good part was that I hadn't gained but the bad part was that I also wasn't losing. I have begun to see definition in muscles of my arms and my abdomen. This is a pretty neat comparison from picture I have of my body in early April. I can see the fat I've lost around my midsection but still can't seem to get rid of my hips. Those will be the last to go I suppose. I'm still motivated to do this even with the warm weather. I'm going to continue working out to feel confident shedding more clothing but I think loving myself and the way I am right now is also just as important.
