Struggling a little to eat well all day. Sometimes my problem is not eating enough in the morning and during the work day and then coming home and consuming all of my calories at once. I have to work on this! I have been doing better but I was running late this morning so I didn't eat at home and only grabbed a small breakfast bar with about 140 calories, not enough to keep a big guy like me running long.
On the brighter side I have lost about 6lbs! Whoo Haa!

We had home group tonight and it was our last one until the fall, so we had a potluck. I tried to be good but our church has some great cooks and oh, well. Tomorrow's another day.
