I really wish I could mush Fat Secret and My Fitness Pal into one app. I love all the reports you can do on FS. MFP has the water counter and the 5 week projection. FS definitely has a better community. MFP has the different challenges you can get involved with. I think I am going to end up sticking with FS, even though I've used MFP for years. I also hate losing all the data I've put into MFP by switching. MFP also syncs with fitbit with calories, water and exercise. I don't know. I can't log into both, that would be really time consuming and kinda dumb....
