Its monday again and spring break is over for my family unfortunately. I was able to self-motivate this morning and got all my house work done for now. I am going to push myself to go do my walking tonight with Sheba(my dog). I am doing better now physically and mentally now that I am taking in alittle more carbs and eatting almost my 2000cal everyday. I am going to try to stick with it the way it is healthiest for me. I am also now taking along with my Omega-3,a multivitamin and calcium both chewable. I finally lost one more pound today. I think my stand still in weight loss is due to not intaking enough calories and also cutting down my walking do to my bipolar problems as of late. I will keep fighting...nothing can stand in my way. Good job to all you other fighters out there and have a manic monday :)
