Still gettin the push ups in....200 a day..and rolling on the treadmill..5 out 7 days...min 20 mins max 30...got to get down 200...never give up..
253.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
