I don't know if my sleeping habits have anything to do with...being stuck in the 250's for a year..i sleep 3hrs then maybe 3 hrs later in the day..then short naps in the evening..my sleep is like this..go to sleep at 3/4am...wake at 7..sleep at 11/12 wake at 2...1/2 hr nap at 8pm...sleep at 3/5....i exercise and 20 min on treadmill why am i platuing for a year..
