Last Sunday = 200 lbs
Today = 198.5

I have been lower than this during the week, I must be just retaining some fluids at the moment.
3 weeks in 5 more to go I'm going to optimistically say I'll reach 190.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
