My neuroma is to large for even PT. Only shoes I can wear are flip flops and when we have snow, hubby has to stomp a path to the car for me. My doctor had a fit. Been wearing them for about 3 years now. Podiatrist says if injectons don't work the next step is surgery. I am praying the injections work as they are in both feet.

I will try the stationary bike again as soon as I can. I am somewhat pain free in the right foot today but it may be back tomorrow. Tried a shoe and still can't wear them.

I have done well with the eating this last week so am glad of the maintaining. Hope it will start coming down this month.
