Looks yummy and the bread is really good however I didn’t have much luck on a Keto diet. I even bought the sticks to measure when I was in ketosis stage. I find there are a lot of calories in this bread
90 calories for 3 TBS coconut flour and Almond flour 72 calories per 2TBS. I find I will probably not eat this way the rest of my life. And my husband doesn’t need to diet. Maybe it is a healthier way to eat. I just try to stay away from bread. Lettuce wraps are great. Someone made and posted Big Mac salad, yummy.
I love eggs and bacon, I just watch calories.
