Made a great dinner tonight of shish ka bobs w/london broil and fresh produce. This kept me way under my calorie intake for the day. I can actually have a cocktail if want! I think this new system will help me stay on track! My first successful day on the road to being the me I always wanted to be!

I am in a positive place right now and hoping to maintain it from now on in.
