i think im doing something wrong with calories but its probally the exercise both scale and wii have me at 136 spark people recipes could get me in trouble the only thing i Dont like they dont give sugars
136.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
