today is off to a bad start and wont get much ive made my decision on working out leaving la fitness and using my stuff a wii if i cant stay with it curves in the fall
137.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
