I totally went heavy on the crappy carbs and the sugar last night ( my gosh the sugar!) I was so hungry feeling all day and craving junk I went crazy when I got my hands on it, lol! The funny thing is my weight came down today!? Why I cannot tell, but I am totally not going to keep up the bad habit to find out! I have not touched potato chips for a long time and they were not even that satisfying, really. Just a bunch of msg salt flavouring and some crunch. The ice cream sandwhich was the best though! The fact that I even have junk in my house is due to it being the May long weekend and so lots of activity out here at the lake - camping, boating, campfires, beer and bbq's! Lots of people around. I really understand why a person can feel so hungry if not eating balanced meals as my last week has been so busy I wasn't focusing that much on meal planning - my body felt this hunger for the first time in a long time!

It's amazing that you lost weight! It's so weird... sometimes yo9u're sure to b up but you go down, and vise versa. It's nice to indulge a little but it's SO important to not lt yourself get the f--- it's. My sister did that and went back to her 1st set point. The feeling I have trying on new clothes is priceless! I actually bought a pair of size 6 capris today. I'm still having some issues with loose skin, but if i cover it I look pretty good! I'm having too much fun to mess this up now. You can do it too, just be strong and enjoy the blessings!

We all have tose days...my problem is the weekends! We always go out to dinner and I tell myself that I'm going to be strong and then next thing I'm up at 2 in the morning still drinking with friends!!!! At least I'm sticking to the 500-700 calories through the week, although I'm getting sick of carrot and celery and cucumber sticks! Surprisingly I have still lost 8 lbs in 12 days with the HCG!!!! Now it will be interesting to see if I plateau...My goal is another 5-6lbs by June 14th when I dare put on a swimsuit in Hawaii!
