Wow! It's been an amazing 12 weeks of health and weightloss. My class is now over, I'm headed to a Mexican all-inclusive, and I'm on my own. I would really, really, really like to see my success continue, but I'm nervous about taking it on my own. I know that last fall, after the wedding, it was all too easy to slip back into my old ways. I like the way my body is looking and feeling now, so I need my Scandanavian stubborness to help me stick to it!
