Wow! I can't believe how hard it was to lose this 2 lbs. I wanted to give up
so many times because I felt it was a waste of time. I have to keep reminding myself
that I am not 20 anymore...
242.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
