Hey bevigaby,
Taking the batteries out works. But now the scales are going the "wrong" way. It seems like when I start to diet the harder I try the worse it gets. Then I give up. I have never had a serious weight problem in my life. It started when I had my first daughter in 2001, and 15 months later I had my 2nd daughter. Went into a deep depression. Oh well, Try again. I can't give up. My kids need me :), and I need them.

Okay, I suck at dieting. I had a terrible, cheating weekend. Of course, I gained the 2 lbs back. Grrrr. I need to re-focus. Here I go...a new start with a better attitude.

Really frustrated. I'm not able to do any exercise, include walking since I knee. I have a dr. appt next week. Hopefully, I'll find out what's wrong with it.
Hope everyone is doing good!

I can get on board with what a bummer it is to be unable to walk.was doing 1/2 hr a day, working up to 45 min, when I started having debilitating, knife like pains in my groin in June 2017. Took until Jan 24 2018 to get 2 doctors on board and finally get a steroid shot (developed Diabetes in 2017). Shot didn’t work, opioids didn’t help, only thing that helped was staying in bed with a heating pad.
Long story longer, last week I figured out what was wrong (I hope!). I need new foot orthotics! Problem is not exactly my hips (with minimal arthritis) as said 3 if my doctors; problem is angle my legs insert to pelvis. Cut a Dr. Scholl’s heel cup and glue a half on the outer edge of the heel. Pushes my flat feet into a healthier position, eliminates leg and knee pain and reduces groin pain. Hope my idea and jury rigged solution helps!
