I didn't realize how easy it would be to eat small meals every 2-3 hours. It's been the key to my success this past week. I don't feel deprived and I don't really want to cheat, but I think that has something to do with the fact that I am eaty tasty foods. I've chosen not to eat super fatty, high caloric things. Healthy is tasty, you just have to be creative. I just pray that I can stick with this and reach my goal. I've made so many attempts at this and have always failed and I know I failed because of the boring selections, restricting myself from having my favorite foods etc, etc, etc.....
