The hospital where I work is holding a Biggest Loser competition starting tomorrow and lasting 8 weeks. Winner is determined by percent body fat lost and the top three losers will receive a fitbit. There is a halfway mark weigh in on February 5th. I have a competitive streak, and love free stuff :) so Im really excited. This competition gives me a more concrete goal and some accountability. I think 12 pounds would be a reasonable target for me to reach for - a pound and a half per week. At best, I win a fitbit and lose weight. At worst..I dont win but I still lose weight!
