Alright, starting back on my keto:paleo combination diet, and I’m determined to stick with it this time.

Goals:
1) eat strict now through the end of January
2) eat strict 6 days a week Feb & March plus reintroduce exercise 3 days a week
3) rejoin Crossfit in April
141.6 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1762 kcal Fat: 139.90g | Prot: 86.39g | Carb: 43.75g.   Breakfast: Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Garlic , Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth, Frigo Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Broccoli (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked) , Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) . Lunch: Trader Joe's Roasted Plantain Chips, Calavo Avocado. Dinner: Mayonnaise , Vigo Pepperoncini, Garlic , Frigo Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Butter , Cauliflower , Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast. Snacks/Other: Macadamia Nuts , Kirkland Signature Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts. more...
