Alright, starting back on my keto:paleo combination diet, and I’m determined to stick with it this time.
Goals: 1) eat strict now through the end of January 2) eat strict 6 days a week Feb & March plus reintroduce exercise 3 days a week 3) rejoin Crossfit in April
