Well, yesterday I secured my entry for the Gold's Gym Challenge. We take our official beginning photos/weight/body scan some time next week. I don't think I'll have a lot of competition in my age category, so I have that going for me. I want to encourage all of you to try your hardest to change your body over the next 12 weeks with me. I've already lost 15 pounds on a Keto Diet and have 10 more pounds to go. We can all do this, just believe in yourself and push yourself to be the best you this year!

I got into my size 6 pants this morning--whooo hooo!

On another note, we simultaneously have a "Biggest Loser" Challenge going on at my office. I don't think I'll win because there are more than enough people that will lose more than 10 pounds, but it's fun to participate. Start one at your office! Everyone is more motivated when accountability and a challenge are in place.
