I've been down sick with a head cold or flu this week and that has helped me maintain my diet. Of course I am also at that point where you lose the easy weight at the very beginning of the diet.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
