slowly losing, sticking to plan, no seconds last night, only brown rice and passed up noodles. today passed up the bagels at office, i don't feel deprived. blood sugar from doc dramatically decreased, but still too high. blair is as big a pain as ever.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
