I journaled my food and in addition to walking, started on elliptical. i ate come potstickers which I tried to evade, but they were good. I was still okay on the calories, but not the carbs. i need to kick start the loss this weekend!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
