Started exercising again after 7 days of pure relaxation.
Tendon behind left knee is healing very very slow but running went good today.
Back on track with calorie counting, today is set @1500-1800 Cals.
Slowly going to lower calorie intake and increase physical activity.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
