I'm a little worried I won't lose anything this week, only because I've been so immobile from studying. The only exercise I get is from walking to review sessions and finals. I've been doing OK calorie wise, but stress may interfere with my weight loss too. The fact that I'm eating mostly carbs isn't helping either, but I'm having less time to cook this week. Can't wait for Friday night when all the stress is off of my shoulders and I can finally relax and focus back on myself.
