I need help! I dont know why Im not loosing any more weight! I feel like i have it a wall! I feel so much healthier and doing more at the gym, even eating less! My body is so much more toned than it was a month ago!

Im feeling majorly discouraged here, also most like all my work is not even workng. I've lost 10lbs in a month so far. I cant seem to break that dam 180!!!!!!

I hate this!
