1059 kcal Fat: 36.65g | Prot: 76.69g | Carb: 114.86g.   Breakfast: kraft single, arnold select sandwich thin, egg white. Lunch: cheddar jack cheese, queso cheese, Nacho Flavor Tortilla Chips (with Enriched Masa Flour), kidney beans, black beans, diced chicken breast. Dinner: luncheonmeat ham, sargento 2% provolone, arnold select sandwich thin. Snacks/Other: breakstones cottage doubles, hunts snack pack, pistachios. more...
