During the last few days, I've been mostly OP with only a few items Off-P. Much better day today from a nutrition standpoint - I'm OP all day.
Just finished 2 miles of WATP (purple mile and green mile). I'm one day behind in my workout schedule this week because I mowed the grass last night, after work, and didn't want to overdo (again). It takes me weeks to recover if I do too much.
