Day 3 of logging my food on FS. Doing well, resisting temptation in my work cafeteria lol (chocolate cake!!) and after dinner dessert. Normally I’d say oh what the heck but then I start saying it more and more often. So now I’m reigning it in. I can be strong when I’m really on it. Plans with family this weekend and there will be desserts, and I will indulge BUT I will not over indulge.
