Woke up starving this morning. Didn't eat anything after dinner. This was very difficult for me, as I eat when I am bored. Took a walk last night. So far so good.

Good job walking! You can do this. Did you find something good for breakfast? I try to eat whenever I am hungry, but just a small amount and then wait 45 min before getting more. My craving usually wears off by then.
